We can smell summer is on its way here at Noosa Pacific. The frangipanis and jasmine are starting to come alive with their beautiful scent, the gardens are a riot of colour and over it all, the heat and shimmer of another season in the sun is on the horizon. For our guests, this is an excellent time to be visiting Noosa Pacific. November and early December are known for being lovely and warm, but with a little less bite than the soon-to-arrive hot summer sun. This presents the perfect time to explore the natural beauty of the area before the real heat arrives.
Start with a walk through the Noosa National Park. There are lots of options here from the Day Use area, or even from Hastings St to walk along the coastal path all the way out to Hell’s Gate. This is over 10 kilometres return, but the beauty of the warmer weather is the opportunity to freshen up with a dip in the clear waters of gorgeous Tea Tree Bay. Exploring the coves and secluded beaches is a wonderful way to entertain the kids, both big and small. Small rock pools will reveal themselves on the lower tides, providing hours of fun in the water.
For those up for a challenge, why not walk the entire Coastal track over to Sunshine Beach? Jump in the water at the flags before heading up to the Sunshine Beach Surf Club for a bite to eat and a cleansing ale overlooking the ocean. Catch a bus or Uber back to Noosa Pacific or Hastings St.
If you can’t stand the thought of leaving Noosa Pacific itself, why not simply head out to one of our private jetties and throw a line in- bream or flathead for dinner sounds like a beautiful idea! If even that’s too much trouble, the sunny skies and gentle breeze will warm you up on the deck chairs around the pools, lulling you into holiday mode in no time.
